The model Cage type StrandingMachine serves for Stranding Aluminum and Copper Wire in to Conductors. This machine is apart from also used in the Cable Industry for applying wires to cable for the purpose of armoring same. Model Pintle Type Stranding Machine is equipped with two cages one behind the other arranged in tandem position.

PAY OFF & TAKE UP STAND : Pillar type Lifting and lowering arrangements consists of high efficiency rating
power screw which are driven by means of separate 2 HP geared motor. Drum type friction Clutch having 2500
MM drum dia. of advance and robust design is provided to compensate speed from drum built up.
HAUL OFF UNIT: We will provided U-1200 Worm reduction Gear box with set of twin capstans 4 and 5 grooves
capstans dia. 1800 mm each suitable for strand conductor . Lay change will be effected through sets of Gears
only. We will provided three set of lay change gears.
